According to the official documents:

The "Disqualification" Shock: On the morning of May 18, 2026—the very day the primary election was set to commence—a publication widely circulated on social media (specifically via the official Twitter handle of the APC) listed Gyang Zi as number 32 among aspirants "not cleared" (disqualified) to contest, without providing any reason.

The Backlash: Barrister Zi states that the publication completely blindsided him, vilified his hard-earned reputation, and instantly demoralized his supporters, ruining his chances at a free and fair contest.

💰 The 7-Day Ultimatum Breakdown

Pursuant to the party's internal dispute resolution mechanisms, the Senior Advocate has given the APC exactly seven (7) days to meet the following financial and public demands, or face a massive lawsuit in court:

₦20,000,000.00 (20 Million Naira): Immediate refund for his Expression of Interest and Nomination forms.

₦2,000,000.00 (2 Million Naira): Refund of the Plateau State APC processing fee.

₦60,000,000.00 (60 Million Naira): Compensation for campaign materials, travels, and public engagements.

₦10,000,000,000.00 (10 Billion Naira): Damages for defamation and tarnish of his professional integrity.
